Can texting really alter brain chemistry?

Our brains are constantly rewiring their synapses based on what we see, hear, and imagine. The more often we think a thought, the more likely we are to think it again, and so on. Positive or negative, healthy or unhealthy, this is how habits are formed.

Each text message we send acts as an Ecological Momentary Intervention (EMI), combining peer support, health education, and positive psychology to interrupt negative thought patterns and build new neural pathways that are proven to combat stress, anxiety, and depression. For all the nerdy details, check out our brochure.
